What do you teach at Brooksfield School? What is your educational background?
I am a Primary Head Teacher at Brooksfield.  I earned my Montessori certification from Northern Virginia Montessori Institute and hold a Bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University.

What do you love about Brooksfield/ Why do you like teaching at Brooksfield?
I absolutely love Brooksfield for its incredible sense of community. Being part of the Brooksfield family is truly special. It’s like being surrounded by one big, supportive family, and it always feels like home.

What sets Brooksfield a part from other Montessori schools?
Brooksfield stands out among other Montessori schools because of its emphasis on outdoor exploration, the arts and mindfulness. Children who graduate from Brooksfield leave as well-rounded, kind and confident individuals.

Is there anything else you would like to share about yourself? Perhaps a fun fact?
I am the proud mom of two wonderful boys! I also love to compete in triathlons!
