HOW TO REGISTER FOR SUMMER CAMP 2026?
Please email camp at camp@brooksfieldschool.org to register for the 2026 summer camp season. A camp application will be emailed to you.
The Summer Camp Parent Handbook and medical forms can be located here
Applications require a $125 non-refundable application fee per child. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) with a convenience fee added or by Echeck.
Summer Camp will run June 15, 2026 through August 14, 2026. Tuition rates are listed below. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and require $125 non-refundable application fee per child. Once registered, there are no refunds for absences, change of summer plans, transfer from the area, or any other reason after APRIL 1st.
2026 Summer Camp Dates
Ages 3-5 years
Session 1: June 15th-June 26th
Session 2: June 29th -July 10th
Session 3: July 13th-July 24th
Session 4: July 27th-August 7th
Bonus Week: August 10th-August 14th
Ages 6-10 years
Week 1: June 15th-June 19th
Week 2: June 22nd-June 26th
Session 2: June 29th -July 10th
Session 3: July 13th-July 24th
Session 4: July 27th-August 7th
Bonus Week: August 10th-August 14th
Three year olds MUST be three and FULLY potty trained by June 15, 2026 in order to attend camp.
Once registered, enrollment confirmation will be sent via email. A summer camp activities calendar will be emailed in May. Tuition MUST be paid by April 1st. Health forms must be received by May 1st. A Virginia Health form will be sent to you for completion upon acceptance to camp.
If the week or sessions are full that you are looking for and you would like to be added to the Wait List, please email camp@brooksfieldschool.org and provide your name, camper’s name, age, group and week(s) you would like to be place on the Wait list for.
